Guest Order & Check Sidebar - Archive

The Order & Check Sidebar can be found at the right side of the Guest Menu Screen. The sidebar can be expanded to show additional information about a customer's ordered items (see below).

                      

 

The Ordering buttons in the bottom right side of the screen will vary depending on Operation Mode and Order Type.

If the iPad is in Guest Facing Mode there will be two ordering buttons (see the above images): 

  • Place my order - Submits the ordered items to the kitchen and lets the customer continue to order additional items.

  • I want to pay - Takes the customer to the take payment screen to complete their order.

     

If the iPad is in Kiosk Mode the buttons will vary depending on the Order Type.

If a take-out order is placed in kiosk mode there will be a single button:

  • I want to pay - Submits the ordered items to the kitchen and takes the customer to the take payment screen to complete their order.

     

If a pre-order is placed in kiosk mode there will be a single button:

  • Create my pre-order - Creates a pre-order and displays the pre-order number to the customer. This will also print out a receipt for the customer with the pre-order number.
