Summary
To add and manage printers at the site level, go to Sites > Printers. The printers page will display showing printers and basic settings. Printers can be added and edited from this page.

Concepts have the option to configure sites with one drawer or two. The dual drawers option requires an account feature toggle to be set by the CBS admin: 4.7 Enable drawer assignment (dual drawers). If feature toggle is enabled, the grid will show columns for Drawer 1 and Drawer 2. If not enabled, only the column for Drawer 1 is shown. |

| Compulsory cash drawer |
When selected, the Compulsory cash drawer setting requires that the cash drawers be closed before the user can use the POS terminal. A screen blocker will block the screen to prevent any action until the drawer is closed. The compulsory cash drawer setting can only be used when a single cash drawer is enabled. (Not supported for dual cash drawers.) If Drawer 1 is not selected, the Compulsory cash drawer setting is disabled and cannot be selected.
