Wisely needs to be toggled on in the account feature toggle section of ECM for following features to work.

The Wisely Green Dragon integration serves as a seat management tool through their own app which connects to NSOE through API. When a customer is registered into Wisely App, information like loyalty, guest count are sent to the NSOE app to add the customer and # of guests to the table (location).

In addition, NSOE/ECM also sends sales history back to Wisely for CRM data type analysis.

ECM Setup:

 Enabling Wisely at ECM Level:

When the Wisely feature is enabled, the “Clean Screen” feature will automatically be disabled for the site.

  • Go to ECM

  • Go to Edit Site.

  • Select tab Table → Settings → Table Manager Engine.

  • Select “Wisely”.

  • Fill the settings with the Wisely Provided Info → Test API Credentials → Save the changes.

  • Save the site settings.

  • Deploy the site.

Tracking data sent to Wisely:

 World View → Integration Status → "Integration Type: Wisely"

The Wisely Integration Status page provides update information on Wisely integrations with each site and allows the user to resend information.

The Wisely Integration Status page provides: 

  • Business date selection

  • Search

  • Account Name

  • Site Name

  • Business Date uploads - The checkmarks represent the success of uploading each day for each site. (Current business date is the last column on the right) 

  • Process Business Day (button) - Click to send information to the third-party service 

    • Select the site(s) and business date then click Process

    • To view the integration results, click the green checkmark for a date.

    • Click Reprocess to reprocess the day if any changes were made.
