The Dispatch Dashboard is an NSOE application. Application access must be enabled for the account.

Dispatch Dashboard: Login access and validation; expired and unauthorized login




The dispatch dashboard is a web application that can be used to view and manage online/phone orders from one dashboard for efficient expediting and order management. When completed, the dashboard web page will display all open (non-finalized) orders and their current state. Staff and guests will have the ability to communicate via text message. Text messages can be preset for easy selection.

Dispatch Dashboard login and validation 

The following improvements were made regarding conditions that affect access to the Dispatch Dashboard application: 

  • CONDITION: Dispatch Dashboard app is open in a browser, and user attempts to access Dispatch Dashboard in another tab or browser window,
    RESULT: The user is redirected to the ECM login page to log in again.

    • Only authorized users can access the Dispatch Dashboard application. Permission is granted by Role (see Roles) and by Job.

  • CONDITION: After 24 hours, the token allowing access to Dispatch Dashboard expires
    RESULT: User is redirected to the ECM login page to log in again to access Dispatch Dashboard.

  • CONDITION: User attempts to access Dispatch Dashboard and does not have permission to access OR Dispatch Dashboard is disabled for the account
    RESULT: User is redirected to error page.

Receipts: Setting to print loyalty rewards summary

Added setting to Other Customizations: Print loyalty rewards on receipt 

When selected, a loyalty rewards summary is printed on the receipt if the guest is part of the loyalty program.

Export Server Sales and Tips report in EXCEL, PDF & CSV







The Server Sales and Tips report provides sales and tips information by employee.

  • The report can be run for one or more sites and for a range of one or more business dates. 

  • Report can be exported to Excel, PDF or CSV format.

The following information is included per employee for the date range selected

  • Emp. Name - Name of the employee

  • Gross Sales - Total gross sales 

  • Net Sales - Total net sales 

  • Sales Tax - Total sales tax 

  • CC Tips - Tip amounts collected on credit cards, alternate payments and gift cards

  • CC Sales w/Tips - Total of credit card/gift card/alt payment with tips

  • Total # of Checks - Total number of checks (Assumes some transactions had a cash tip which cannot be accurately tracked.)

  • Total # of Checks w/Tips

  • Avg. Tip $ - Based off oft number of charged CC/GC/ALT payments on checks. Equals the total dollar amount of tips divided by number of checks WITH tips on them. Not a total charged tips divided by TOTAL number of checks. Formula: total tips/no. of check with tips

  • Avg. Tip % - Charged tips/check payments with tips

The Time Record Details report reflects each employee clock-in, clock-out (including breaks) and adjustment to employee time records. The report can be run for one or more sites and for a range of one or more business dates.

In this improvement, time record adjustments, breaks and break adjustments can be expanded to show the detailed record of the adjustment, including: 

  • Record Type (Adjustment, Paid Break, Unpaid Break, Break Adjustment)

  • Clock-in Before Adj.

  • Clock-in After Adj.

  • Clock-out Before Adj.

  • Clock-out After Adj.

  • Break Type Before Adj.

  • Break Type After Adj.

  • Job Before Adj.

  • Job After Adj.

  • Adjusted By

  • Reason (Adjustment Reason)

  • Date/Time Adj.

  • Record Deleted
