2. Special Considerations During ECM Upgrades

NorthStar ECM upgrades occur within our cloud servers in the early morning and are not location based. In order to properly access ECM, please make sure you have a constant internet connection and firewalls allow access to our ECM website at ecm.cbsnorthstar.com. Please refer to our System Requirements for information on firewall allowances and access.

  • Incorporated minor UI enhancements to HotSchedules integration
  • Minor cosmetic improvements to text and UI

  • App will no longer freeze at login when Maximum Allowed is left blank in Serving Option Category
