Summary
The Menu Manager is used to configure any items that are out of stock and are not available to be sold at the time in the restaurant. This prevents servers from placing orders for items that are not available.
Configuration
Set the user permission for their job in ECM: Can 86 an item, component or serving option from the menu
Operation
- Tap Menu Manager
- Select a menu to view the menu items on that menu.
- Search can also be used to find a specific item.

- Uncheck the items that are not available (out of stock); the items are shown in red (see Fig. 2, below)
- Use Back to return to the list of menus (see Fig. 1, above))
- To view items have been flagged as out of stock, tap Show All Unavailable
