Problem
Images on the Online Ordering website are skewed.
Solution
These are the Image requirements for an image to display properly on online ordering:
- Square (if elongated, it will re-size resize to a square appearing skewed)
- Image max size = 2MB
- Pixel size must be square : 250px by 250px square
(There is a column in the media section of ECM that allows the end user to sort the file size of the media on their system.
We have added this feature for a number of reasons, the biggest one being that some customers have made media files in the MEGA byte range versus the KB range. Our documentation calls for “Web Compatible images”, anything in the MEGAbyte range are NOT Web compatible.

Note: On the Media tab in ECM, users can sort by file size. Images cannot exceed 2MB.
Disclaimer for media size:
- Media cannot be larger than 2MB
- Media dimensions need to be 250x250
