Images - Requirements for NorthStar Online Ordering

Problem

Images on the Online Ordering website are skewed.

Solution

Image requirements for online ordering:

  • Square (if elongated, it will resize to a square appearing skewed)

  • Image max size = 2MB

  • Pixel size: 250px by 250px square

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: On the Media tab in ECM, users can sort by file size. Images cannot exceed 2MB. 

Disclaimer for media size:

  • Media cannot be larger than 2MB

  • Media dimensions need to be 250x250
