The Check Count by Hour report shows the total amount number of checks created in an hour within the set range of the client business dateby hour for selected site(s) or site group(s) within the specified business date range. 

  • Reports display 24-hour time increments from the time set as the Report Start Time

    • Default is 12:00 AM

  • Check count is based on the check open time  

    • Example: 
      A check is opened at 9:30 pm and closed at 10:30 pm. 
      The check count applies to the 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm time slot.

  • Columns

    • Number of columns based on number of sites selected for display (three sites selected in screenshot below) 

    • Only sites with values > zero will display (zero-value sites will not be shown if selected from Sites)

    • Columns cannot be filtered or sorted

  • The check count for each site is shown in a separate column
