Sales Category - Assign the sales category this tip pool will adhere to.
Area - Set the area where the tip pool will be set to.
Report Display
Any contributions set up will be shown under Cont Fixed Amount, Cont Declared Tips, Cont Charged Tips, Cont Gratuities, or Cont Net Sales, and will be totaled under Total Cont.
Any Contributors set up in this tip pool will be shownin the report if they have any applicable contributions to this tip pool.
Recipients
Allows user to select jobs receiving from this set tip pool.

Tips will basically be calculated upon the amount of hours worked within the tip pool distribution period.

Report Display
Any recipients of contributions will be shown under Dist Fixed Amount, Dist Declared Tips, Dist Charged Tips, Dist Gratuities, or Dist Net Sales, and totaled in Total Dist.
Confirm
Displays all the setup done for this specific Tip Pool. Make sure to verify all changes and the sites the tip pool will affect.

Tip Distribution Tab

Select sites, tip pool setup from previous section, and select a date to distribute tips accordingly.

This section will display the total amount of tips taken into the pool and distributed from this section.

Validator Tab

The Validator lets the ECM user add employees to display and validate the tip pooling settings.

ECM user can Add Employee that have been set up with Tip Pooling.
Then fill in the required data: Name, Job, etc.
Click on Run Report to validate Tip Pool data.
Reports Tab

Allows for the user to look up all Tip Pool report data.

Input Date.
Select specific Site from dropdown.
Select specific Tip Pool setup - Add Tip Pool
Click on Search to display report.

Contributions
Cont Fixed Amount
Shows the Fixed Amount contributed to this tip pool.
Cont Declared Tips
Shows the declared tips contributed to this tip pool.
Cont Charged Tips
Shows the charged tips contributed to this tip pool.
Cont Gratuities
Shows the contributed gratuities to this tip pool.
Cont Net Sales
Shows the total Net Sales contributed to this tip pool.
Total Cont
Shows the total contributions of everything contributed to this tip pool for the user.
Distributions
Dist Fixed Amount
The Fixed amount distributed to the recipient
Dist Declared Tips
The declared tips distributed to the recipient
Dist Charged Tips
The charged tips distributed to the recipient
Dist Gratuities
The gratuities that are distributed to the recipient
Dist Net Sales
The net sales distributed to the recipient
Total Dist
The total of all setup distributions to the recipient.
This amount can be edited before the ‘Fund’ button is pressed to a different value if a site would like to do a manual override.

This shows if the total dist was edited.
