The Location Manager encompasses many functions to help a site manage their locations, server assignments, team assignments, checks, layouts, etc. These functions are detailed on other pages in this section. This page provides an overview of the location manager. |
The Location Manager page consists of many functional elements. From the Location Manager, the user can:
- View locations from a visual map representation or a list (Location Map - Page elements, Keypad)
- View open checks (Checks)
- Manage location layouts (e.g., bar, patio, dining room, banquet room, etc.) (Location maps: Multiple layouts Location Map - Locations and Layouts)
- Use the time clock and cashout functions (Time Clock & Cash OutUser Options)
- Log out
- Manage locations and view assignments, owners, devices and party size by location (Manage - Archive)
- Add locations to the map (Location Map - Locations and Layouts)
- Attach to a location
- Manage server assignments (Server Assignments - archive)
- Manage team assignments (Server Teams)
