Menu item sales summarized and enhanced with detailed financial information (net totals, comps, discounts, tax) per item sold. Menu items are grouped by sales category for selected site(s) within a specified business date range. 

Steps:

  • Select Site(s) and/or Group(s)
  • Set date range for report 
  • Click Refresh Report 

Collapsed view: Shows summarized information for each Sales Category

  • Accept default business date range or select start and end dates for report (enter dates or use date selector tool)
2Sales CategorySales categories for items sold (Only sales categories with item sales for the site/date range are reported); column can be filtered
3Quantity Total quantity of items sold in sales category
4Cover Count Total number of cover counts applied to items in sales category; column can be filtered
5Net Sales Net Sales of sales category (Net sales = Gross sales - Comps - Discounts); column can be filtered
6Comp Total dollar amount compensated for sales category; column can be filtered
7Discount Total discounts applied for sales category; column can be filtered
8Gross Sales  Total sales including discounts and comps; column can be filtered  
9Percentage Sales Category percentage of total sales; column can be filtered
10Export Report

Save file in Excel, PDF or CSV format

  • PDF will appear in either expanded or collapsed view, depending on the view shown before exporting to PDF

Expands or collapses all sales categories to display item detail information or the summarized sales category information
