The Time Records Adjustment report shows adjustments made to employees' time records. (A time record does not appear if no adjustment has been made.) 

  • A record appears only when there is a complete clock-in/clock-out record; if only a clock-in has been performed the clock-in alone won't appear on the report 
  • Adjusted clock-in/clock-out records are shown
    • Excluded:
      • Adjusted break records 
      • Job change adjustments 
      • Optional: Adjustment acknowledgment - An optional features requires employees to acknowledge adjustments.  If this feature is enabled, the Time Records Adjustments report can be expanded to view the status of employee acknowledgements.   
    • Records are grouped by employee name in alphabetical order
    • Default view: records are collapsed
    • Columns can be filtered to show a subset of records

    • Employee's original clock-in time was 1:59pm.
    • The Manager adjusted the clock-in time to 12:00pm. 
    • The time card shows the original clock-in time with a strikethrough.
    • The Time Records Adjustment report shows the clock-in times before and after the adjustment, the name of the person who made the adjustment, the reason and the date and time of the adjustment. 

    Optional Feature: Employee Adjustment Acknowledgment 

    If the employee adjustment acknowledgment feature is enabled, the adjustment record can be expanded to view the status of the employee acknowledgment. 

    • The Acknowledgement column will display one of the following statuses: 
      • Requires acknowledgement - Employee has not acknowledged the adjustment 
      • Confirmed - Employee has confirmed the adjustment 
      • Declined - Employee has declined the adjustment
