Staff UI Menu Screens: Ordering, Location and Cashier Menus

The menu screen displays the various actions that a user may perform depending on the menu screen. When a user first attaches to a location they will be presented with the location menu. To navigate to the Ordering menu swipe left from the location menu. To navigate to the Cashier menu swipe right from the location menu.
