Recipe Editor crashes with the following error: "The application has experienced an unrecoverable error"

A customer may contact us indicating that he/she is unable to open Recipe Editor because it keeps getting the error: "The application has experienced an urecoverable error"

 

This may happens when there are more than two instances or Recipe Editor running at the task manager.
The solution is to open the Task Manager, and search for the Recipe Editor application, and kill of the instances of it.
Once the Recipe Editor has been eliminated from the Task Manager, You may proceed to open the Recipe Editor application again.
