The time record for a break can be adjusted in the same manner as for a clock-in or clock-out. 

Permission

To edit the time record, the user must be clocked in to a job that has the permission to change the time clocked in or clocked out: 

Edit Time Card

• Go to the time card by tapping Time Clock from the User Options on the location map

• Tap Adjustments then tap the name of the user whose time record will be adjusted. 

• Tap the break time to be adjusted (In or Out) 

• The Adjust Punch keypad will display and the time that is being adjusted will be highlighted 
• Enter the new time on the keypad (2:40 pm in this example) 
• Tap Confirm Time 

• The keypad is dismissed, the previous time is marked with a strikethrough and the new time is shown
