Improvements

OE-9290 - ECM - Components - Rules - Add text to provide clarity to the rules
- Improved on-screen information on how component rules are applied
OE-9317 - Routing by Component - as an Administrator I want the ability to configure print routing for components
- Provides the ability to configure component print routing in ECM (This is first part of the feature; server work to come in future application version.)

OE-9202 - Edit Menu items - multiple sites - Requires Staff to Order shown twice
OE-9203 - Edit Menu items - multiple sites - Requires Staff to Order setting doesn't apply
OE-9246 - Device Peripherals Print to specific printer does not save or prompt correct validation
OE-9421 - Serving options: Min 1/Max 1 rule not honored when more than 1 serving option is set as default (allows incorrect setting)
OE-9666 - Payment by type; Fix CamelCase text styling for each type; use English capitalization
OE-9721 - ECM: Groups - edited group names on Groups tab; changes aren't reflected on Sites tab unless user logs out
OE-9722 - ECM: Filter sites/menu item by group doesn't filter by any character but the first character in group name
