Menu Item Pricing is a function that provides the ability to price an item for each menu from a single view in ECM.

Menu item prices are applied based on the menu the item is ordered from. For example, an item may cost $5.00 on the breakfast menu, but only $4.00 on the afternoon menu.

To configure the menu item prices, go to Products > Menu Item Pricing.

Checkmark a category to display the configuration screen. The items in the category will display to the right:

To configure the price of an item for a specific menu, click the corresponding price box for the selected menu.

Note: A negative value will reduce the price by the amount entered; it will not price the item at a negative amount.

After configuring the prices, go to Menus and ensure the selected item category is active in the menus.

Save changes and publish.

In this example, the same item was ordered three times. Each item was ordered from a different menu and priced according to the menu item pricing for the selected menu. Tap Menus to select a menu.
