A role is a category of users that are given specific permissions. Roles are how you may customize the different user security levels at your site.
The roles page allows the user to create a role for your site. In this section you will assign all permissions for a role that a user can be assigned to.
On this page you may add a role, edit a role or select batch modifications to edit the name and description of a role.
