This page is where you will configure your Credit, Gift & Loyalty Card Processors. You will also set up gift & loyalty card BIN (Bank Identification Number) ranges on this page.

When editing a site, a user may edit the following under the Payment tab:

Settings

Chit Signature Required - Select Yes to add a signature section to payment receipts.

Tipping Enabled - Select Yes to add a tip section to payment receipts.

Cash Allowed in Kiosk Mode - Select this option to allow a customer to place an order with cash in kiosk mode. (Note - An employee will need to be present to accept the cash payment) 

Cash Payment Available - Select Yes to allow Cash Payments

Credit Card Payment Available - Select Yes to allow Credit Card Payments

Gift Card Payment Available - Select Yes to allow Gift Card Payments

Deposit Payment Available - Select Yes to allow Deposit Payments

Alternate Payment Available -  Select Yes to allow Alternate Payments

Gift Card BIN Range

Select the "Add BIN Range" button and enter a low range, high range and the total number of digits for the gift card. (Alternatively, you may select "Show Advance Configuration" and enter in the RegEx gift card formula)

Offline Credit Card Settings

If Order Entry is unable to contact the credit card processor, Offline Credit Card Settings allow Order Entry to store the transaction to be processed later. This allows you to continue accepting credit cards, but introduces the risk of accepting a card that is later declined.

Max Dollar Amount - The maximum amount of offline transactions that can accumulate. Once this limit is reached, Order Entry will not accept credit cards until existing offline transactions can be processed.

Max Payment Amount - The maximum amount of a single offline transaction.

Max Transaction Count - The maximum number of offline transactions that can accumulate. Once this limit is reached, Order Entry will not accept credit cards until existing offline transactions can be processed.

Processor Settings

Credit Card Processor - Select the credit card processor used by your site.

Gift Card Processor - Select the gift card processor used for your site. 

Loyalty Card Processor - Select the loyalty card processor used for by your site.

Mercury:

Merchant ID - Enter the merchant ID provided by Mercury.

Password - Enter your merchant ID password.

If you are using Online Ordering, then you must also fill in the Mercury Hosted Checkout section. The Merchant ID and Password for Hosted Checkout will be different than that used for in-store processing.

Mercury Hosted Checkout:

Merchant ID - Enter the merchant ID provided by Mercury.

Password - Set a password

Paytronix:

Environment - This should usually be set to "Production." During testing, Paytronix may want this set to "Fuji."

Merchant ID - Enter the merchant ID provided by Paytronix.

Store Code - Enter the Paytronix store code for this site.

Loyalty Card Template Code - If you issue loyalty accounts without physical cards, this is the "card template code" sent to Paytronix. This value must be provided by Paytronix.
