TimeForge is an external application that integrates with NorthStar Order Entry and replaces the NorthStar Timeclock with a TimeForge overlay that allows users to clock in/out and access time record reports associated with TimeForge utilization.

ECM Setup

  • Edit site.

  • Navigate to Timeclock tab.

  • Enable TimeForge in Timeclock Manager under Timeclock tab.

  • Check the Enabled checkbox.

  • Change url to “https://app.timeforge.com/

  • Attain Time Clock Key and Web Service Username from TimeForge team. (Implementation Team)

  • Validate access tokenTime Clock Key.

  • Deploy to site.

iOS App - Clock In/Out

  • TimeForge app overlay will replace clock in screen after keypad login.

  • Select Job/Position and tap Clock in

  • At end of shift, access the time clock again to clock out.

  • Add notes if needed and tap Clock out.

Reports

Under Reports in Orders Entry there are Timeforge Reports which allows the user to select the type of report and then the columns to display for the report.
