Offline Credit Card Settings

If Order Entry is unable to contact the credit card processor, this feature allows Order Entry to store the transaction to be processed later. This allows you to continue accepting credit cards, but introduces the risk of accepting a card which is later declined.

Max Dollar Amount - The maximum amount of offline transactions which can accumulate. Once this limit is reached, Order Entry will not accept credit cards until existing offline transactions can be processed.

Max Payment Amount - The maximum amount of a single offline transaction.

Max Transaction Count - The maximum number of offline transactions which can accumulate. Once this limit is reached, Order Entry will not accept credit cards until existing offline transactions can be processed.
