  • The request will be reviewed by the NorthStar product owner and other company principals. Follow-up discussion may be needed to clarify any requirements.  
  • Upon approval of the request, CBS will identify and allocate resources needed for the development of the request, includingthe following:

  • CBS will establish a timeline for the development of the request. 
    • Cost
  • Before beginning any development, we will return the form to the requester for acceptance.
  • When requester has approved the expected timeline and cost, we will develop a schedule and assign resources to work on the feature.
