Summary

On the Key Codes configuration page, admins can edit key codes and deploy them for one or more users. Only key codes can be changed on this page.

Feature toggle: Key Code Editor. 

This account feature toggle must be enabled for Key Codes to be shown for an account.  Please contact your NorthStar representative to have this setting enabled for your account. 


To access Key Codes, go to Users > Key Codes.

  • Select Users > Key Codes
  • The Key Code Codes grid includes: 

    • Site selection 

      • By default, users and key codes for all sites are shown. Select a site from the dropdown to filter for one site. Only the sites that a user has permission to view/edit will be shown. 
    • Save/Cancel changes

    • Search for user name

      • Search by entering one or more letters from the Full Name. Only members from the selected sites will be shown. 
    • Deploy users

    • Columns:

      • All columns (except Deploy) can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
      • Columns with the filter icon can be filtered to create a subset of records.  
      • User information is populated
        • Site Name - If the user is assigned to more than one site, each site will appear on a separate line. 
      • Only Key Codes field and Deploy column are active
