Layouts
  • To view the layouts available, tap the layouts icon.
  • To go to a layout, tap the layout name

Delete layout

Removing a layout is a permanent action. A deleted layout cannot be recovered. (The locations remain available to be added to other layouts.)

  • Access the layout to be deleted
  • Tap Manage > Location Map 
  • Tap the delete icon (trash can) in the menu bar
  • On the confirmation pop-up, tap OK
  • The layout with its locations will be removed
    • Note: The locations can be added to another layout by going to a different layout and tapping Add Location 

Edit layout

To edit the layout name: 

  • Tap the edit layout icon
  • On the Edit Layout page, enter the new name
  • Tap Done to complete the action; tap Cancel to cancel the action

Add layout

To add a layout:

  • Tap the + icon
  • Enter the layout name in the pop-up displayed; tap Done to save; tap Cancel to cancel changes

  • The new layout is created

Add locations to the new layout

  • Tap Add Location; a list of available locations will display 
    • Note: Locations are added in ECM; after publishing from ECM, the new locations are available to be added to any layout

  • Tap each location in the list that is to be added to the new layout 
  • Tap Publish 


Publish changes
  • After making changes to layouts, tap Publish to publish the changes to all devices. 
  • A confirmation message will display. Tap Yes to publish the changes; tap No to dismiss the changes.

Log in 

When staff logs out, then logs in again: 

  • If attached to a location, the user will return to the layout where the attached location is located
  • If not attached to a location, the user will return to the last layout selected
