Summary
The Hourly Sales & Labor report provides hourly updates on sales and labor costs for a selected date.
- Total net sales and labor costs are shown for sold and advance sales.
- Each hour displays sales and labor costs for that hour (not cumulative)
- Sales amount does not include orders that have not been sent to the kitchen by the app's scheduler, such as advance orders, online orders, etc.
- For comparison, the Daily Sales Report shows all sales, including those sent and not sent to the kitchen.
Run report
- Select a date from the date control
- Tap Run Report
- Tap the printer icon to print the report
