If a menu item is ordered and has available components then the user will be presented with the item customization screen. On this screen a user may add components, serving options and memos to the current menu item. A user may also add a guest name to the menu item and expedite the menu item. If a selected component has a component serving option it may be selected by pressing the accessory button to the right of the added component or by selecting the modifiers button at the bottom of the screen.
