The Time report provides:
- A list of all users punch ins/outs as well as total regular, overtime and double time hours worked (RT/OT/DT).
- Each user's declared tips per shift.
You may use the search box to quickly view any individual employee by name or key code. The report can be run for any date range and sorted by item or category. Reports can be printed to any system printer.
Time punches are recorded as follows:
- When an employee punches in, the system (current local box) holds that punch in the database.
- When the same employee punches out for the day, the employee's punches are immediately sent to the cloud.
- Show clock in user flag – When flagged on, shows the users that are currently logged in to the site. When flagged off, shows the time record of different users for the selected period ending date.
