Summary
The Hourly Sales & Labor report provides hourly updates on sales and labor costs for a selected date.
- Total net sales and labor costs are shown for sold and advance sales. Totals and labor cost percentage are shown.
- Each hour displays sales and labor costs per hour.
- Sales amount includes advance orders (sent to kitchen and not sent to kitchen)
- Prod is labor productivity, i.e., sales divided by labor hours in that hour - TBD - dev to let Tony know

- Tap Run Report
- Tap the printer icon to print the report
