On certain occasions, an Installation of Order Entry fails. You can find these log files in C:\Users\(name of Windows user)\AppData\Local\Temp\

These are the log files in order.

  1. NorthStar_Order_Entry_Setup_Files_<date>.log

  2. NorthStar_Order_Entry_<date>.log

  3. NorthStar_Order_Entry_<date>_0_NorthStar.OrderEntry.Setup.Bundled.log

  4. NorthStar_Order_Entry_<date>_1_NorthStar.Reporting.Client.log

Windows Application

  • C:\Users\alger\AppData\Local\Packages\NorthStar.OrderEntry.POS.Staging_4b8ftp6ezqcc4\LocalCache\logs
