Combo Menu Item - Adjustment Exclusions
Summary
A menu item can be configured to allow only specific types of adjustments to be applied to it. This benefits the restaurant by excluding any other adjustments from being applied to a specific menu item.
Example:
A restaurant runs a Mother's Day special meal combo (choice of specific food, side and beverage items)
The restaurant runs a special Mother's Day discount coupon that only applies to the combo menu item
The restaurant does not want other discounts, comps or voids to be available to be applied to the combo menu item
To accomplish this, the restaurant excludes all other adjustments from the combo menu item except the Mother's Day discount coupon
