Summary
These features allow the configuration of time slots to restrict Advance Orders by defining the maximum Order Capacity for an Area, in specific time intervals (Time Slots).
For example, a restaurant may want to limit the number of scheduled Catering Orders between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM to just 3 orders per 15-minute interval. Once a time slot (for example, 12:00 PM – 12:15 PM) reaches capacity, no additional Advance Orders can be scheduled during that interval — customers will only see the next available time slot.
If there are no Time Slots configured for Advance Orders, then Order Entry will allow unlimited Advance Orders.
