NorthStar Feature Request Form

Please follow our NorthStar Feature Request SOP and use the form below to submit the request to the Product Team. 

Process

You: 

• Complete form in full, establishing the business reason and justification for the request for development of the feature. 

• Include clear, concise and complete acceptance criteria. (These are the requirements that the feature must meet to be accepted for product release.) 

• Submit your completed form to the Product Team. 

Custom Business Solutions:

• The request will be reviewed by the NorthStar product owner and other company principals. Follow-up discussion may be needed to clarify any requirements.  

• Upon approval of the request, CBS will identify the following:

  • Effort

  • Timeline and/or Prioritization

  • Cost and/or Rush Fee

  • Jira ticket

• Before beginning any development, CBS will return the form to the requester for acceptance.

• When requester has approved the expected timeline and cost, CBS will develop a schedule and assign resources to work on the feature.
