Item Sales by Area

Summary

The Item Sales by Area report shows sales in real time reported by area.

• The report can be run for 1 or more sites and for a specified date or date range. (Sales in the same area name will be combined for multiple stores.)
• Each area can be expanded to show item sales detail. 
  • Item name
  • External Code
  • Quantity
  • Cover Count
  • Net Sales 
  • Comp (dollar amount)
  • Discount (dollar amount) 
  • Gross Sales 
  • Percentage (item percentage of sales in area) 

• Report totals include non-revenue sales (gift card sales, deposits, etc.) and will not match Sales Summary report totals. 
• Can be exported to Excel, PDF and CSV format. 

Run Item Sales by Area report 

• Select Site(s) and/or Group(s_
• Set date range for report 
• Click Refresh Report 

Collapsed view: Click Collapse All. Report shows areas and totals for each column.

Expanded view: Click Expand All. Each area expands to show details of each area record.
