Add/Edit Prep Course

Summary
New prep courses may be added by clicking Add Prep Course on the grid.
To edit a prep course, click the edit icon (pencil).
Add Prep Course
From the Prep Courses page, click Add Prep Course
This opens the Add - Prep Course window.
Enter the prep course information:

| Name | Enter a name for the prep course |
| Description | Enter a description for the prep course |
| Reminder Time | Enter the number of seconds for a reminder to pop up on the guest UI to remind the guest to send any remaining unsent items from the course. |
Prep Time
The prep time (the amount of time required to prepare the item) is configured on each menu item. Together, the prep time and the reminder time tell the kitchen how long it will take to prep and reminds them when to start the prep.
- Click Save to save the changes and close the pop-up
- Click Cancel to cancel unsaved changes and close the pop-up
Edit Prep Course
To edit a prep course, click the edit icon 
(pencil) to launch the edit page.
- General tab
- Make any changes needed for the name, description or reminder time
- Localization tab
- The name and description of the prep course can be added in other languages for localization (See Languages for more information.)
- Add new record: Click Add new record to add a new line; select a language that has been set up for the site then enter the name and description desired.
- Edit record: Click the Name or Description field to edit the field.
