Order Entry implements programs from multiple gift card and loyalty processors. This improvement allow sites to have different processors for their gift card and loyalty programs.

Path: Edit a site > Payment

  • Configure one card processor for Gift Card and another for Loyalty Card 
    • Gift card
    • Loyalty card
    • Update loyalty program in ECM 
      • Path: Financial > Loyalty Programs > select site > click Update
    • In the Order Entry app, the different gift card and loyalty program processors can be used.

Staff Facing: Add setting to allow Advance Orders to be sent to the kitchen when one or more ordered items are not available

This improvement gives sites the option to send advance orders to the kitchen when one or more items ordered are not available due to insufficient quantity in stock.

4.8 Allow out-of-stock items in advance orders

Path: Edit a site > Staff Facing 

  • When the account feature toggle is enabled, the setting will be shown on the Staff Facing page (default: true/selected): 
    Advance orders can be sent to kitchen regardless of item availability
