Add/Edit a Prep Category

When adding or editing a prep category you may enter the following:
Name - Enter a name for the prep category.
Description - Enter a description for the prep category.
External Code - Please leave as default value. External Codes are used for 3rd party software developers.
Course - Select a prep course to attach this prep category to.
