When the network connection is slow, pressing 'Finalize' repeatedly in the payment screen can cause multiple credit card authorizations to be sent to the server.

From the Staff UI Menu Item Customization screen, serving option popup at the component level would not dismiss after selecting an option
[OE-4591] - Guest Facing, touching send button takes user to payment.
When in Guest Mode, pressing the "Submit Order" button would incorrectly take users to the Payment screen.
