What is a Session Owner and how do you set it?
The Session Owner is the server that will receive ALL the sales and reporting information from finalized transactions on the table that they've been set to.
An assigned server may be attached to a location but the session's reporting information and tips are recorded under the session's owner.
How to set a Session Owner to a table:
- Press and hold your finger down on any empty table in Location Manager and attach the iPad to it. The server is attached to this table is now the defaultSession Owner.
- You can change Session Ownership by pressing your finger on the table, then pressing Session Owner and assigning another server. This will make ALL finalized transactions on that table under that newly assigned Session Owner.

What are Server Assignments and functions?
It allows you to assign a server in your restaurant to a specific table or tables to manage.
