Before starting up the install you will need to copy these two folders from \\hq-file1\Shared\Install\NorthStar\NorthStar Order Entry\NSOE Peripherals\Lantronix - Serial to IP.
- Device Installer
- Secure Com Port Redirector
Once you've transferred these two folders to the site you're installing the hardware, you will need to install them.
Step 1:
- Open the Device Installer folder and run the setup_di_x86x64cd_4.4.0.2RC3 program. It's straight forward.
- Once installed click on the Device Installer program and you will see this screen. It should immediately show all the Lantronix devices on the network. If it doesn't populate, you can click on SEARCH, and it will detect them all.
