The Hourly Sales & Labor report displays an hour-by-hour breakdown of all sales dollars as well as and the corresponding labor dollars for each hour for the current an individual selected days' activity. This report Reports can be run for any individual date and reports can be printed to any system printer.
(Sales amount does not include orders that have not been sent to the kitchen by the app's scheduler, such as advance orders, online orders, etc. For comparison, the Daily Sales Report shows all sales sent and not sent to the kitchen.)
