For a printer to be available for print routing the printer must be attached to a kitchen location (Not an Order Entry Location). 

When editing a menu item you may edit the following under the Print Routing Tab:

Print Routing -Select batch modifications and check each of the kitchen locations where this item should routethe printer(s) for this item to be routed to print per site.
