The Payroll report provides a list of all payroll information per user including hours worked, overtime worked, double time worked, declared tips and total pay . This report can be ran for any date range and you may also use the search box to look up any previous payroll information. Reports can be printed to any system printer.

Change Payroll to weekly instead of bi-weekly

By default the Payroll reports are set for two week intervals.

How to change Payroll reports to a weekly date range:

  • Edit the store site in ECM and navigate to the Store Hours tab. Then flag "Set pay period to one wee" and deploy.

  • User Name
  • Regular Hours
  • Overtime Hours
  • Double time Hours
  • Declared Tips
  • Total Pay
