  • Enter a start date and end date; save and deploy. 

The ECM API will now include the start and end dates for components.

The UltiPro Integration Status page (accessed from World View) provides the status of employee and time record integrations through UltiPro.

Time Clock: Add settings regarding time record acknowledgements and reporting 

As part of a future release, settings have been added to the Time Clock configuration page to require staff to review and confirm adjustments to their time records. Time record adjustments can be excluded from reporting if not acknowledged. 

These settings are only available when the account feature toggle is enabled.

The Adjustments section will display the following settings: 

[ ] Require staff to acknowledge time record adjustments made by managers 

[ ] Exclude unacknowledged time record adjustments from labor reports and data outputs

The "Exclude" setting is disabled for selection unless the "Require" setting is selected.

Bar/QR Codes - Enable settings for NS Pay landing page including URL links on landing page    

QR Codes settings can be configured to take the user to a landing page from the link/QR code on their receipt. The landing page will include links as specified in the QR Codes setting. The links could be to a payment page, survey page, loyalty sign-up, etc.

Edit a site > Receipts > Bar/QR Codes 

  • Select Add the following links on landing page (optional) 
  • Enter link label and link URL

  • When the user scans the QR code or accesses the link on the receipt on their browser, a landing page will display with the links specified in the settings.
    (Landing page is under development and not yet available for release.)
