IMPORTANT: The VX805s have to be set to Serial Communication not USB.

• • After “Initializing… Please Wait…” like above, when it gets to the screen that has the firmware version

• • :
    • Press Alpha + 8 on the keypad at the same time

• • • for firmware screen like below:

• • • Screen will prompt "Select ComPort” > press F1 for “Com 1”:

                                           Image Added

• • • Screen will prompt “Select Baud” > press F2 for “9600”:

                                        Image Added

• • • Last screen will be “Backlight Display” > select F1 for “On”.

• • Restart the device.
