Cheetah Digital - Loyalty Provider

This improvement adds additional settings to the Cheetah Digital setup on the Payment tab. 

  • Go to Sites > Payment 
  • Under Card Processors, add or edit Cheetah Digital 
  • The form now includes the following fields: 
    • URL
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret




Loyalty - Allow multiple providers 

With this feature, more than one loyalty card provider can be active for a site. Each provider can set a card number BIN (Bank Identification Number) range, which identifies for the system which loyalty provider to use. 

The following This is an optional feature. The two account feature toggles below must be enabled by your NorthStar representative for these features to be available for your account.

When the feature toggle is active, the admin can enable more than one loyalty provider for a site.

When multiple loyalty providers are allowed, one can be selected as the default.

Test

Text Guest to Join Loyalty Program 

Settings have been added to the Staff Facing tab to configure this new feature. When configured, staff can send a text to a guest with a link to join the company's loyalty program.  (This is an optional feature.)

Please contact your NorthStar representative to have this feature enabled for your account.

  • With feature toggle enabled for the account, go to Sites > Staff Facing
  • Select Show link: Send text to join loyalty program. This enables the link to display on the application (Rewards pop-up and Guest Identifier pop-up) 
  • Enter the URL for the site's loyalty enrollment 
  • Enter a message to send to the guest with the URL link




TruCommerce Integration

This improvement allows for a URL to be set when configuring a third-party integration with TruCommerce as a menu provider for the site. 

  • Go to Sites > Integrations > Menu Provider 
  • Add or edit provider 
  • URL field is provided to enter the TruCommerce URL at the site level
