IMPORTANT: The VX805s have to be set to Serial Communication not USB.

• To do this while the device is starting up, when it gets to the screen that has the firmware version X2.xxxxx.xxxx:
  • Press Alpha + 8 on the keypad at the same time.
  • Select Com 1
  • Select 9600 Baud Rate.
  • Select On.
• Restart the device.
