Announcing NorthStar Order Entry Version 4.2!

What’s New

This software update includes but is not limited to:

  • Device stability improvements, bug fixes.
  • New and/or enhanced features.
  • Further improvements to performance and design.

New features

  • Paytronix gift cards via PAX device – Supports gift card processing through the PAX gateway (FDMS, TSYS, Heartland, Slipstream)
  • Multiple card processors – Supports use of multiple processors (Slipstream, Vantiv, etc.) for gift card transactions (activate, inquire, reload, redeem); includes change to ECM payment configuration
  • Check search – Displays owner name on previous days’ checks
  • Receipt – Supports ability to consolidate like items on receipt
